Bry is talking more and more

Bryken is so smart and I cant imagine what he will be doing next. Today I was picking apples off our tree and when I carried them inside he looked at me and said, "Apple!" And then he took one and ran off. How sweet is that? He is the smartest little guy. He tries very hard to say Tucker but it comes out as "Cuckor", it works right? He can do the sign language when he wants more, and will point to his belly button, nose, eyes, hair and mouth. I know that he is so special and I am so glad that he is ours. Tucker always tells him, "Say Tucker", he thinks that it is great when Bryken says a word and he makes sure that we know it. He is the best big brother ever!!!

A Night with Dad

We took the boys to the fair last night and it was a lot of fun!~ Tucker made Brad ride the rides with him and it made poor Brad realize that he is not as young as he use to be! We walked around to the petting zoo and into where the horses are, I think that this was Bry's favorite spot, he loved the little mini ponies. We ate some yummy fair food and rode more rides until poor Brad could ride no more. It was a great time and time well spent with Brad.

A New Promise to Myself

Today I was reading a blog of a young woman here in Rigby...in July her daughter who is the same age as Bry fell into the canal and died 7 days later...I can not even imagine the pain and suffering and how strong she is...she said that she only regrets not taking more pictures and writting every day in her journal..so I am making it a point from now on that no matter how exhausted I am at night, I am going to write in my journal and take time to my scriptures. My two little angels bring me such joy. I love them so much. Even when Bryken has been up all night sick and I am exhausted as his little smiling face looks at me at 7:00 in the morning...or when Tucker is being crazy and cuts my toe with his toenail and brings out a piece of soaking wet toilet paper and tells me that it will be okay and not to scream because it will only hurt for a moment, or when I look at my house and see how big of a disaster these two little sweethearts can make it... I know how blessed I am to have my babies. Tucker starts school on the 20th of September and he is so excited to be a "big boy"....to me it will be a day full of tears because he is really growing up. Heavenly Father gives us these amazing little people to teach us so many lessons and I read a quote today from that strong mother, "When you are home at night and your little ones are pushing your last nerve, think how different your life would be without them." And that is so true...we as mothers have a huge job raising these little angels and teaching them all about the gospel.

Tucker can Ride His Bike!!!

Last night Brad decided it was time to do the dad thing and teach Tucker to ride his bike without training wheels. We had Tucker all geared up: gloves and helmet, because we were expecting some major crash and burn moments. To our surprise, it took Brad holding on to Tucker's seat once and letting go and he had it! We could not believe it, wow that was so easy! We then took him down to the church and rode all over. He thought he was pretty neat. I remember when I learned to ride and bike and I know it took me a very long time and my poor dad running along side of me forever! But not my little Tucker, he is so good at whatever he does. I cant believe how big he is getting! I love him more and more every day!!! Nice job Tucker you are amazing!!!!

Just an update....

Well as most of you know Brad and I are expecting our third child in Feb. I have been really sick so I really have no energy to keep up on my poor blog lol! So for now things are great. We miss Brad and he enjoys his job. He says that it is lonely and hopes we can be up there soon...we will just have to see what happens. Tucker starts school September 20....crazy I know! Bry is getting so big and he has nw realized that he can scream...boy does he have a loud voice..my little quiet boy has no turned into a screaming monster LOL. We went to Hogal Zoo a few weeks ago and that was so hot, but it was a good time. Brad and I have taken a few rides on the harley every weekend that he has off we make sure we get in some sort of a ride. I know that everyone loves summer but all I have to say is the 90's need to go away!

Just an update....

Sadly I can not get my computer to accept my SD card and it is really starting to make me angry. So this post once again will just be an update...

Tucker started Tball two weeks ago, he is actually pretty good at it. He loves going after the ball, and I think that his favorite spot thus far is catcher. If he connects, he hits the ball very well. The first time it went past the shortstop and the second time out past 2nd Base. He tells me that he really likes it so we will see.

Bryken is doing much better with his breathing. He is getting so big and more silly everyday. I use to think that he was lower energy.....that seems to be the case for the most part except he is such a mommies boy. He loves yogurt and is so funny!

Brad is really enjoying his job. He should have his last test passed this Thursday and get his $2.00 raise, that will make things much more worth having him gone all the dang time. It is really hard because Tucker tells him how much he misses him all the time, but it isnt like I cant let him talk to him...who knows!

Me...well my garden is growing so fast and I am proud because it is my first garden!! GO ME!! I am still working my a** off to lose weight but I seem to be at a stand still so I guess I better figure it out. I am loving living out in the country once again, it is so peaceful. I am enjoying not having school this summer and I know that the Fall semester will come too fast...and sadly I miss Brad like crazy. The weirdest thing is that I miss cooking for him, and having him around to laugh with and watch a movie or go for a ride...it is sad but it will pay off in the end...only 2 more years of this crap. I hope I can make it that long because then I will be fully vested from work..if not then we could be heading to Wyoming this time next year...we will see what the lord has in store for us I guess.

Family vacation on Thursday to the Cabin and then Yellowstone, cant wait for some R&R with my boys!
